Return Policy
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after you receive the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at service@woodemon.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. (About 1-2 workdays)
If you need to return an item, please follow the steps below:
1. Submit a Return Request
Contact us via email or online chat within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, reason for return, and relevant images.
2. Return Eligibility Confirmation
We will review your request within 7 business days and notify you if your return is approved. If eligible, we will provide the return address and further instructions.
3. Return the Item
Once your return is approved, please send the item back to the designated address within 7 days. Ensure the product remains unused, in its original packaging, to facilitate a smooth return or exchange process. Please provide a valid tracking number after shipment.
4. Refund/Exchange Processing
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned package, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, with the actual processing time depending on your payment provider or bank.
Return Shipping Cost Responsibility
- Due to Quality Issues or Incorrect Item Sent: If the return is due to a product defect or our shipping error, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a return label or reimbursement.
-Due to Personal Reasons (e.g., change of mind, not as expected): If the return is not due to a product issue, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Please note that personalized or custom-made items are generally non-returnable unless there is a quality issue or manufacturing error.
Customised products
Customised products are very special and belong to you only and cannot be resold to other users. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours to request a refund. You will not be able to cancel your order once production of the custom product you ordered has begun.
As a general rule, refunds cannot be made on your custom product unless one of the following situations occurs:
1. The product packaging is damaged
2. The product is damaged
3. The product is incorrectly printed
4. The estimated delivery time is exceeded
5. The post office confirms that you did not receive your order.
6. The product has defects that affect normal use.
7. The date you requested a refund is more than 90 days old.
