Order Changes & Cancellation Policy

Please Read Before Requesting Changes

All of our products are made-to-order and personalized, which means production begins shortly after your order is placed.
Because of this, any changes or cancellations are time-sensitive and not guaranteed.

Can I Modify My Order or Shipping Address?

Yes — please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.

Once we receive your request, we will:

Attempt to intercept your order immediately
Try to update your details before production begins
Can I Cancel My Order?

You may request to cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.

However, please note:

👉 If production has already started, the order cannot be canceled — even within the 1-hour window.

Because all items are personalized, once production begins, the order is immediately locked into the manufacturing process.

When Changes or Cancellations Are No Longer Possible

We are unable to modify or cancel your order in the following situations:

The product has already entered production
The product has been completed
The order has been shipped
The package is already in transit (especially after air shipment)

At this stage, we are no longer able to intercept, modify, or cancel the order.

Recommended Timeframe
Cancellation: within 1 hour of placing the order
Modifications: within 6 hours of placing the order

Submitting your request as early as possible will significantly increase the success rate.
